Angelina Jolie isn’t a regular mom, she’s a cool mom — and that means she gets matching tattoos with her kids.
In a recent interview with CR Fashion Book, the actor revealed she just got matching ink with daughter Vivienne Jolie, inspired by their recent experience working together on Broadway’s The Outsiders.
When asked about her latest tattoo, Angelina told CR, “I got ‘Stay Gold’ with my daughter Viv during our time with The Outsiders.” For context, those are the last words of one of the characters, meaning to stay good and always do the right thing. It’s also the name of a song included in the play.
“It means so much to us separately and together,” Angelina said.
The actor shares Vivienne, 16, with her ex-husband, Brad Pitt, along with sons Maddox, 23, Pax, 20, and Knox, 16, and daughters Zahara, 19, and Shiloh, 18.
It’s not the only tattoo that she shares with them, either. She also told CR, “There is also a bird that I share with some of my children that is personal to us.”
