A) Compliment: someone was blown away by your beauty because the photos they’ve seen of you online didn’t do you justice. It doesn’t mean the photos you’ve shared are ugly, but nothing compares to the real thing.
OR
B) Insult: someone was surprised by your appearance because the images they’ve seen of you in the past weren’t that flattering, but now that they’ve seen you in person, their opinion of your beauty has completely changed.
